| Cuyahoga Valley Management, Inc. was formed
on June 1, 1993, as a full service property management company, with a
specialization in the redevelopment of apartment buildings. The business
can trace its roots back to 1987 when it was started in a spare bedroom
in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. An opportunity to manage and reposition Sunnyslope
Terrace Apartments brought us to Maple Heights in 1993. In December of
2001, the owners of the building at 5100 Lee Road awarded Cuyahoga Valley
Management the contract to manage and rehabilitate that 17-unit building,
making Cuyahoga Valley Management the largest apartment manager in the
city of Maple Heights.
Our goal was to add value to the properties by improving the physical
appearance, mechanical integrity, and financial performance. We thereby
enhance the quality of life for our residents, increase property values
in the community, and realize profits for the owners. As an employer,
