Southgate U.S.A. Management

Southgate USA Shopping Center has been a family-owned and management shopping center since 1954 when construction began on Phase I of the shopping center, which consisted of only 27 stores. The grand opening of the shopping center was on May 12, 1955. By 1960, Southgate USA Shopping Center was considered the largest strip shopping center in the USA with over 152 stores, a 90,000 square foot medical facility and a large bowling alley. Southgate USA has over 100 tenants including Home Depot, Value City Furniture, Southgate Bowling Lanes, Rainbow Family Book Center, Ponderosa, Donato's Pizzeria and many clothing retailers. There are also service tenants at Southgate including the License Bureau, Auto Title Bureau, County Offices, Southgate Lock & Key, hobby shop, hair care and child care facilities and many more tenants.
