velvet boxes under the tree. Right here in Maple Heights, there’s

Then I own it,” says Howard. “We also buy jewelry outright. A lot of times it’s a piece they no longer want, or want to upgrade, or they just need the money.” It all means Howard pays less, so the customer pays less. “What I’ll pay for a used diamond ring that I’ll reset in a necklace is far less than wholesale, which means I can sell it for far less than other retailers.” And Howard adds, “Not even a jeweler can tell a new from a used diamond. Of course we guarantee all our used merchandise with a Certified Pre-Owned guarantee.” In Howard’s selection of new jewelry, customers will find everything from loose stones and engagement rings to necklaces, bracelets, earrings, fashion jewelry, exotic stones and more. “We’re a jewelry store. We just have a lot more ways to get merchandise, especially higher-end things like Rolex watches and designer jewelry at a far lower price,” concludes Howard.
