| Marymount Place, a three story Dutch Colonial on the campus of Marymount Hospital, offers the retirement alternatives of both independent and assisted living. Services range from three meals a day to individualized personal care assistance in the privacy of ones own apartment. Private one and two bedroom apartments (300-600 square foot of living space) offer a walk-in closet, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, mini-blinds and a spacious bathroom with a sit down shower. All utilities are included in the monthly fee (including cable and local telephone). There are no entrance fees or community fees required to move in. Respite care is also available. The community rooms offer socialization in a formal living room with a fireplace and baby grand piano, library, TV room, activity room, greenhouse, exercise room, and formal dining room with a 24 hour complimentary snack area. Free laundry facilities, community transportation, a beauty/barbershop and beautiful grounds with walking paths complement the services. A supportive staff provides a variety of services and a maximum amount of comfort and security. Marymount Place has been providing excellent care for over 16 years and many of the staff have been with the community since it’s opening.
